The hotel is in a perfect location in Shibuya, close to everything you need. The rooms are small but good value for the price, albeit a bit tiny to move around comfortably. The room, Factory Modern Twin Comfort, gave us that extra space we needed for our luggage, typical of Tokyo's size. The service was on point, with efficient dry cleaning and housekeeping available. The dining experience was a real delight, with freshly made pastries, good coffee, and juices to start the day off right. However, I wish the hotel had included breakfast in the rate. Overall, it's a nice place for a pleasant stay with minor drawbacks.
